Standard Shipping Timeframes

• NEW ZEALAND: Standard shipping: 7–10 business days. Standard shipping for NZ is $12 nationwide.
• AUSTRALIA: Standard shipping: 7–12 business days. Standard shipping for AUS is $25 nationwide.

Prints

• All FRAMED prints are shipped in protective packaging.
• All UNFRAMED prints are shipped in either rolled tubes (A1–A3 for our bigger prints) or suitable protective packaging for our smaller prints.

Urgent Orders

For urgent orders, please email lila@tamapacific.co.nz. We will do our best to accommodate your request! Please note that a $55 rush fee applies to all urgent orders. Urgent orders are any frames / prints needed before the standard shipping timeframes.
